This new 'Tommy' kit for 'N' scale could not be easier to make!
The kit consists of a resin body kit, ready-made pantographs, turned buffers, resin castings for the bogies, and whitemetal castings to swap onto the donor chassis. The kit is scaled to 2mm/ft.
The kit requires a Dapol Hymek donor locomotive chassis. You will need to remove the control circuit from the top of the donor chassis, and solder the power wires direct to the pickups.
The kit allows the rapid construction of a nicely detailed locomotive without the need to handle and fold etches.
